Pathetic car condition.
When i picked up my vehicle from the site, it was in pathetic condition. The interiors were literally covered in dust and my dad frowned upon me for choosing an ill condition car. There were pebbles lying on the floor. Nearly 10 empty water bottles. Coffee cups. Ice cream sticks. Toffee wrappers. Mud on the seat/glove compartment. A pillow in the boot!!
It was in no way to drive. I had to take the vehicle to a cleaning place and took me a full 1 hour to get it cleaned. I had to pay 300 rupees for the express cleaning. All my trip was ruined right from the start.
I just want to know why was it not cleaned in the first place? As per logic, once a ride ends, zoomcar guys should get it cleaned, right?
I need a resolution to this. Please do something about it.
I have written to zoomcar twice and there has been no response from their end.
