[Resolved]  Zoom Car — taking huge charges for the damages which haven't been done by me at all

I've been using zoomcar since last 1.5 years and very frequently. But 2 days ago what i experienced is very much shocking. I booked a swift. While keeping the stand still at road side i tried to adjust the left hand side mirror knob by stretching my hands from the driver's seat. But suddenly the mirror (Only the glass) fell on the road and got a crack. While returning the car they charged me any how. And it was rs 2000/ for a peace of glass. I tried to tell them why should i pay for a damage which hasn't been done for my fault. They told me it's all about their # policies.in hyderabad i used to get good condition cars. But in kolkata the many cars' condition is bad (Especially in amp mall). They are just fixing the previous damages temporarily or hiding it any how. The zoom car pickup point guys are not at all keeping the cars well. And that's why it creating misunderstandings between zoomcar and customers and it's just defaming the company. Previously also they tried to get charges for false damages which hasn't been done by me at all but due to the video footage of the car while pickup they couldn't not get succeeded in such kinda tricks. But this time how a person can supposedly check a mirror glass is well attached or not. The looking glass assembly was totally intact. I've decided i will never get back to zoom car again which is treating a long term customer in such bad way.
