[Resolved] Zoom Car — too late, no puc in car, insurance lapsed

Booked a car on 26th july 2019 for 12:00 pm and was going to return on 27 th july 2019, i reached for pickup on time on the provided location and got the car at 1:40pm (With delay of 1 hr 40 mins). It disturbed overall schedule of the trip.
Another point, the insurance was going to lapse on 26th july 2019 which was the day of my journey and i was going to return on 27th when the insurance was already lapsed. This is not at all legal and professional.
The puc doc was also not there in the car.
The behaviour is so lenient, they dont care about your plans and stuff... They are just busy making excuses. Worst journey ever!!!
