[Resolved] Zoom Car — too much delay in crediting refund | |||||
Hi, I made two bookings with zoom car, one on 23rd may (Jps6n1937) and the other on 17th june (Jps6nygiy). I completed the former booking, but cancelled the latter one. As per the zoom car policy refund has to be credited within 7-10 days. I contacted the customer care support many times and they are pathetic. Its ridiculous that i haven't received my refund even after a month. I want suitable compensation from zoom car. Was this information helpful? | |||||
