[Resolved] Zoom Car — trip started cycle didn't unlock

Hi I have tried to unlock cycle from hsr layout bangalore.. Trip started but cycle didn't get unlock.. My cycle number 102975 still trip is going on.. Its technical bug. Its fine. But there is no proper customer support.. This is how u will support customers.. Such a irritating experience I never expected like this.. Still i can't able to end trip but i didn't even take cycle also. This is how u are cheating people.. Give a proper customer care number.. I have not taken the cycle.. I have unlock it but it didn't happen... So it's there in the same place.. My trip not stopped still it's taking.. It's a technical issue.. Solve it asap. If you have taken money refund me back.. I don't want use ur app anymore.. Such a irritating thing.. I didn't even ride the cycle and unlock also.. Your counting the hours and one more thing ur sending message to keep in pedl station.. I didn't take cycle... But ur taking money and asked to return..
