[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end the trip and cycle not getting unlock or lock

I am unable to end my pedl trip and i have e-mailed multiple times to end trip but no response and there is no customer care number to reach out to.

I couldn't unlock the cycle to ride nor could i end the trip to book another cycle. It has been more than 14 hours and no response from the team. I am receiving alert to return the cycle but no help or response from the team.

I rented a peek cycle and locked it on an ongoing trip now not able to unlock nor able to end trip. I am being charged for the entire time as the trip is not ending.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.
