Zoom Car — unable to end the trip and money is still being deducted

This is to bring to your notice that today, on 24th april, 2018, at around 6:30am i tried to unlock the cycle at pedl station pimple saudagar, pune 411027. Cycle no 100997. My mobile no: [protected]

I used the cycle for around 40 mins but then i wasn't able to end the trip! I am still being charged since that moment! I have tried to end the trip several times but i'm unable to do so. I don't do what to do!

Please do the needful and refund the amount immediately.
