Zoom Car — unable to end the trip at iit

Hi team,

I booked a cycle 102756 stationed at my hostel location but the lock didn't open. I tried to end the trip but it asked me to end at different location. I am being charged 44rs till now. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

I tried to book a pedl cycle with wrong cycle number. 100577
Someone has taken it and I am unable to end trip now.

Kindly help in ending trip and avoiding unusual cost deduction.
