[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end trip and balance keep increasing

Yesterday, i try to unlock cycle no. 102938 in mahindra aqualily, mahindra world city, chennai. But my trip started while cycle remain locked and i am try to end this trip from more than 12 hours. My balance is increasing and i am enable to end this trip. Please rectify it asap and reimburse the amount that had been deducted from my account.

I had already send email through your app and i had not received any reply from your side. Please refund the amount that had been deducted from my account for the reservation done on 24 feb after deducting Rs. 1. And even today its showing some outstanding balance for that reservation.
