Zoom Car — unable to end trip on pedl by zoomcar

I unlocked a cycle from kalpataru harmony, wakad, pune and used it for around 35-40 mins.
After locking the cycle at same location, when i am trying to end the trip, it is not ending. The request gets timed out everytime. I am still being charged for the trip. However i should only be charged 2 rs.

Please provide some cycles 🚲 in Sadashiv peth area of Pune .. Deccan, Alka chowk, swargate area are also more important area according to rental cycles... in this area there are colleges and teaching institutes... so students needs some vehicles to save time, I requested you to please provide some cycles in these areas...
