Hi team,

I booked a cycle 101844 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

Yesterday, got SMS from zoomcar to end the trip, but need to pay total Rs. 26 and I have not used cycle for a single minute. For PEDL, custormer care of zoomcar is not working so cannot log complaint there. They should revert transaction.
Also there should be facility to find my cycle on MAP so such incidents will not happen.

I have unlocked wrong bike from pedl.in and entered wrong number (100080) and it got booked but as bike was not there, I cannot end my trip and its getting charged minute by minute. I tried calling customer care on[protected], but its saying wrong number.

Today I took ride around for 30 mins from pimple saudagar. I am not able to end the trip. My paytm balance is getting deducted continously. Please help me to end the trip

I had unlocked cycle number 102311 .
But it did not unlock. The trip had started already. I'm trying to end trio from last 30 mins... But it is not successful.
Please end my trip and money should not get deducted too. Add I did not use the cycle at all

It's been more than 2 hrs now
The charges have reached 57 rs now. Still not able to end the trip. I checked the same cycle today. But not able to unlock it still.

I booked a cycle 101986 from Lodha Xperia Mall.The trip was started but not able to unlock cycle.
I had try many time to lock the cycle and end the trip but system showing timeout.I had raise complain in customer case but they do not call back and 10 Rs withdrawal from paytm cash.

I booked cycle 100880 and trip started but cycle never got unlocked, also i am not able to end the trip tried 100 times, I have already sent a email to pedl support team but there is no response. On top of that there is no customer care Number available to log pedl cycle complaint.

4 hours gone, trip is still active, no response from pedl zoom customer support team, worst support team ever

I unlocked wrong cycle 101968 from Lodha pallava dombivli east.The trip was started but not able to unlock cycle.
I had try many time to lock the cycle and end the trip but it shows please park your cycle to nearest station.10 Rs withdrawal from paytm cash. And still it shows to pay RS 36 to continue pedl services and amount will increase hour by hour.

I booked cycle at Ideal Colony. Cycle number 101635. But cycle didnt unlock, so i end the trip in 2mins. 3 rs deducted from my Paytm account.

Again in 2 mins I booked a cycle 101370 stationed at Ideal Colony, Kothrud & used it for around 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I locked the cycle manually, now its not allowing me to unlock the cycle. I am being charged for 3hr 29 minutes ride and its still debiting the money from my account.

I tried for almost 3hours waiting there (Which itself is so disgusting and pathetic)!! I couldn't even move the bicycle a single bit and still being charged. And i am getting charged as my writing this. I have send query 5 times on Zoom customer care, still there no response from customer care end. It's so pathetic to see these kind of behaviour from a reputed brand. I request you to have a look into this issue and resolve it at the earliest.

I have been trying to get some customer support from zoomcar since 3 days now ..this is beyond pathetic service ..firstly I was not able to unlock the cycle then my trip got activated and charged me for more than 20 hrs I have been charged from my paytm account I had to forcibly stop that through paytm ...is this some kind of fraud u guys are running u are cheating people ? I have sent so many emails why the hell no one responds ? My complaint is still pending I want my money back ..this is a rip off shut this bloody app or better respond to your customers
