[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end trip on pedl zoomcar | |||||
Hi team, I booked a cycle 101844 stationed at my office location & used it for around 15 - 20 minutes, but unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2nd 30 minutes ride as well. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority. Dec 07, 2017 mehtasidd21's response Yesterday, got SMS from zoomcar to end the trip, but need to pay total Rs. 26 and I have not used cycle for a single minute. For PEDL, custormer care of zoomcar is not working so cannot log complaint there. They should revert transaction.Also there should be facility to find my cycle on MAP so such incidents will not happen. I have tried to lock the cycle at kestopur baishakhi paddle station, but it was unable to allow to lock. I suppose to be charged 3 rs because the trip was for less than 30 minutes but has been charged more than that. This is a technical fault.
The seat and break of that cycle was pathatic.
Request you to lock the cycle and refund the amounts which has been charged because of your technical issue.
