[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to end trip pedl cycle

Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in Pune station to koregaon park. My cycle number is 3236650.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started in mid night 12.15 am. And the cycle locked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. Please help this is urgent. It been 16 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.

i had used the ride only 6 minutes and you have charged me for 18 hrs due to your app problem. you have charged me of Rs.111/- insted of Rs.3/-
I request you to immediately refund my money back of Rs.108/-.
