[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to end trip the pedal service

Hi team zoom car, i unlocked a pedal cycle
No. 3216957 of zoom car but it didn't unlock but money was deducted from the paytm app and even after 4 hours am i am unable to end trip the service. Zoom car has deducted a lot of money and is still deducting which totally unfair. I want my money back zoom car. It is not all it was not just my first cycle of the day but i unlocked a cycle before it. It got easily unlocked but the pedal chain was down, so had to end trip it which also cost me.
Zoom car is not the same it was before.

We request you to kindly follow the below steps and raise the complaint, we have a dedicated PEDL team who shall check on the complaint raised and shall resolve the issue.
- Click on the hamburger menu in the app (three dots on the top left-hand side)
- Select “My Trips”
- Select “PEDL”
- Select the trip where issue needs to be reported
- Follow on-screen instructions
