[Resolved] Zoom Car — unable to lock cycle at pedl station | |||||
Today i unlocked zoomcar cycle with number 3245969. And the next moment i got to see the defect in handles. So i decided to lock cycle and take another one. But i could not end the trip. (I did not even move the cycle after locking) now as i was unable to end the trip for 1st cycle even at pedl station, i could not take another cycle and i had to go by an auto for this. I have bought monthly plan of rs 49/- and zoomcar failed to provide service. Hence i need the refund of worth rs 20 which i paid for auto. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Hi - I went to the location and searched for the car with the customer service on the line and could not find the car...Now if i ask for cancellation..they say i have to pay the whole money?..for what?. Booking id JPS64EOW
