[Resolved]  Zoom Car — unable to lock cycle

Hi team,

I took cycle near mahindra city chennai and have used it about 5 minutes.
While end my trip my cycle didn't locked manually and also through app (Problem with the cycle lock i guess). Tried it more than 5, 6 times it does not worked. After that i was dropped their and went off. I was keep trying to end my trip through zoom car app pedal cycle. It shows pop up that "lock your cycle manually" like that. Everyday i'm receiving msg and also the trip cost increases simultaneously. Dono wat to do further. Also raised an complaint but it was resolved status.

Please do me need ful as soon as possible.
