Hi team,
I booked a car around 3:00am after i visited your zoomcars workshop i doesn't allow me to unlock the car... It's stating that clear previous outstanding, but what my query is it should have been notified me before when i made the payment but it doesn't.
And another thing is i called your customer care and spoke with mr. Karthick he said he is a supervisor anyways i request him to cancelled the booking but he said cancellation cannot be possible.
Team i request you to refund my amount to my account please.
