[Resolved] Zoom Car — unauthorised charges on booking | |||
I have booked a zoomcar home delivery from 5 oct 2 pm to 8 oct 1 am. But the driver didn't came on time to pick the vehicle.. For which i have been charged rs 5610. I have placed a complaint in this. Zoomcar authority said that they won't place any charges for extra time. Being a regular customer, i don't expect this. Please clear this. I am unable to pay the amount.
