I got some legal notice from zoom for charges forced on me.!! I am getting harassed by zoom customer care and they are blackmailing. I regret for using your service.
I do not agree with the charges levied on this booking. First of all, the car which i received had multiple issues (Full of dusts, windscreen wiper not working, too many prior damages, very hard clutch as it seemed it was not maintained very well, car keys confusions as it was not present in dashboard, etc).
I tried to point these things to the zoom attendant available at that time but he insisted me to take the car in present condition.
However in the interest of my time as it was very late in night, i had to take the car.
Again i disagree with the tyre condition shown by you as it was already partially damaged. I also sent some pics which i had taken prior while taking the car on 4th feb which shows multiple other damages as well.
Agree with the scratch seen on the right back side (If that the other damage is being talked about), but i dont remember seeing any at time of leaving the car.
After dropping the car at the drop location i insisted the attendant to check, but he insisted again to leave. However i got a call from him after half an hour about multiple issues which i still not agree with the internal mess.
Also if you guys are taking huge money for scratches and internal cleaning, why i did not get the car in excellant conditoon on 4th feb itself??
Summing above that i dont think i should pay such a huge amount of rs 3500 for these considering they are not crystal clear and i suspect some dishonest behaviour of the zoom attendant present at the garage.
Please remove these hefty extra charges from my account as it will force me to discontinue using zoom in future.
I also get threat calls from zoom that if i dont pay in so and so time limit they are going to increase the amount of charges by adding interest rates as high as 18%!!! Is this blackmailing legal?
