[Resolved] Zoom Car — unfair charges | |||||
When i had taken the car, the zoom car executive had checklisted the car and asked us to leave. And after dropping the car, the zoomcar executive had not told us about the missing of jacky in the car. I had even got a message around 03:05 am in the midnight informing that there are no outstanding amount. And in the morning after 10 am i got a message stating that the outstanding amount is 3, 000. This is completely unfair. I want to complaint against zoom cars. Was this information helpful? | |||||
