[Resolved] Zoom Car — unfair late fee due to fault in app | |||||
I tried to extend my booking and was mislead to believe that it got extended by 4 hours, as i pressed back before making payment and the app showed extended booking and a pending payment. I thought that i can pay the balance amount later, but when i checked after some time, the extension was cancelled and my late timer had started. I think this is unfair and either the extension should not be cancelled or i should be reminded again that i have to pay to avoid cancellation of extension or it should not extend without payment.\r\nto sum up even though i intended to extend my booking, the app confused me and i am being charged an unfair late fee now. This is the reply i got from their customer support. It was worse when i called.
