[Resolved] Zoom Car — unnecessary charges for clean | |||
I booked car from 10am to 5pm. When i reached the location, car was not avail. I called customer care and they told so many location and i wasted 45 mins and finally i got it in zoomcar maintenance guy's home that he took for cleaning. While ending i went to same location where i picked (Guy home). It was not ending and saying wrong location. Then that guy took me along with his son in the car. His son made dirty with some food. I ended the car as per his request saying car is clean.. Once i ended and left from that place.. Then he added that picture saying it was dirty.. Now zoomcar charged me 1000rs.
