[Resolved] Zoom Car — unnecessary charges for clean

I booked car from 10am to 5pm. When i reached the location, car was not avail. I called customer care and they told so many location and i wasted 45 mins and finally i got it in zoomcar maintenance guy's home that he took for cleaning. While ending i went to same location where i picked (Guy home). It was not ending and saying wrong location. Then that guy took me along with his son in the car. His son made dirty with some food. I ended the car as per his request saying car is clean.. Once i ended and left from that place.. Then he added that picture saying it was dirty.. Now zoomcar charged me 1000rs.

Please help me

Updated by Manjunath Kotagi Still I dint get any reply from Zoomcar, but in other side zoomcar customer care people are calling and said that to pay outstanding balance otherwise they will charge interest on every day.
