[Resolved] Zoom Car — unprofessional and rude staff | |||||
I am unhappy with the experience I had yesterday with your staff (booking JPS64J8H6). He was unprofessional, mannerless and dnt had common sense. I dnt board the cab because of his behaviour yet i have been charged for it... There was a function in my home and I had booked for it. The amount of inconvenience and time i had to re-invest in arranging the cab on this important day of mine is something Zoom Team cannot pay.. I am always concerned about customer service but he was so cheap and disgusting... I have been a good customer and always been a promoter..
