[Resolved] Zoom Car — while cancelling the amount for refund was shown same as booking amount | |||
I had booked a zoom car with id jps6bb3m7, as there came a new of demise at family we need to cancel the trip, while cancelling the total refund was showing the same amount what we booked. But later the amount changed to 0, that means no refund will be provided.in such scenerios what can a comman man do if 0 refund is provided and as per the policy atleast refund must be provided in such scenerios. But during cancellation why the total amount was shown as refund. The amount later was shown to 0. Please request to please provide refund Was this information helpful? | |||
