Sir, This is saket agrawal. I did a booking on 28/01/2019 due to some problem issue i was unable to drop the vehicle at time. Without receiving any call from your side the vehicle is being stopped suddenly at traffic and we have to push the car. We were with the family and somehow suppose if we are in outer area or at highway, we can face any issues. Being this much issue we haven't complaint against you. And you are not bothered about the lives of a customer. What you bother is your car and the money. Our amount increased from 1433 to 4533 without any notifications to us. And even calling you many times on your customer care no. I am not getting any reply from your side. This is my last mail to you.
