[Resolved]  Zoom Car — wrong cycle unlocked

Today around unlocked
a wrong cycle no 102638. The cycle I was going to unlock was 101464. I had takenly entered the last number wrongly.

I had submitted a complaint in the app's help and support and it's been more than 2 hours but still no reply. I even used the customer helpline no but that was a recorded message which keep repeating
the same line again and again. Please help me end my trip asap.
