[Resolved] Zoom Car — wrong km charges | |
I have been charged invalid km 1960/- charges My booking Id is JPS6NLMYL I have completed the trip for 66kms for 90kms booking. How come u people can charge me like this. Is it the way to treat ur customers like this by adding them charges and harrising by calls and messages check my start and end pics which I UPLOADED below with details date and time. We did check our GPS records and see that you have driven 245 kilometers in excess, hence you are billed as per the policy. Also, we see that the odometer images shared are mispresented.
