[Resolved] Zoom Car — wrongly charged inconvenience fees | |||
I completed my trip perfectly within time and with quite a lot of Kms left, But still zoom car has charged unnecessarily 8000 Rs, which is shoawing as outstanding amount. When i tried to inquire, they are saying please read the policy details. What the hell i would do after reading policy details, when i have already uploaded the start and end trip pics. Verified Support Feb 25, 2020 Zoomcar Customer Care's response Hello Himanshu, Greetings! We are sorry to know about the discrepancy in the billing. We did have a check and we have levied the damage charge of 999 as the bumper is damaged during your reservation. The balance refund is created through IMPS, an option stating "Get Refund" shall get highlighted under the respective booking ID in your application. Please click on the option and add your bank details on the landing page. Once you click on submit, the amount shall be instantly transferred to your bank account. Regards, Ramya.S | |||
