[Resolved]  Zoom Car — wrongly charging of damage charges

The way you have handled this case ins highly unprofessional. First of all there was no accident. Even the person who has received the car also came to the conclusion that they car might have been hit while it was parked. I have been charged for the repair of the frame, fendor, bonnet and i dont know what not. All these damage has happened with not a single scratch on the car. I have been framed by zoom car.

Still i was patient enough and co operating with the team for finding what exactly happened. I spoke to many people with different name over the phone and they all told me they will get back to me but no one did. Eventually i receive a mail for legal notice. You people claim that they called me on specific day. Which can be true and i might not have responded due to any circumstances. But do you know how many times i have called zoom car. There was no response.

I have chat messages where they inform me that they will get back to me. Now a new lady calls me who do not have any idea of the background and tells me to make the payment to avoid legal action. I guess this harassment you can do with common man only.

Anyways. I have made the payment. It was really painful to give away hard earned money like that for no reason. Its just my bad luck that i do not have any proof against you.
