Zoom Car — zap subscribe and zoom car connect

The zoom car support center is the worst.
There is no call back system available and when you try calling them they just put you on hold for more than half hour and then disconnect the call.
Also i tried scheduling the one to one call and meet but there is no response.
I want to add my car in the zoom service but i am not able to connect them and any attempt to contact them is failing.

After every ride difficult to unlock and end trip via PEDL app or web.

if in case we went outside and locked a bicycle so difficult to unlock, too much frustration and after one day PEDL person called us and asked why you guys not lock a bicycle.

So much frustration.
