[Resolved]  Zoom Car — zap subscribed swift at car not delivered

My name is santosh stg. I subscribed swift at car for 36 months and i fulfilled all the formalities to receive the subscribed car. But, the zap sales and zoom car authorities are responding through the indian consumer complaint forum with vague statements as to contact the zap [protected]@zoom car email or phone and as they will revert with the required details. I decided my self as i left the issue to the zoomcar and zap sales authorities regards the subscribed car. Because the concerned authorities are irresponsible after receipt the payment of zap subscription they kept aside the delivery of the subscribed car. I made several representations, e-mails and made telephonic conversations with the zap sales. I also made previously 3 complaints in the indian consumer complaints forum. Simply the zoom car authorities are using the phrases and washed their hands as replies in the consumer forum like as sorry for the trouble caused you and you please contact the zap sales... I don't want to contact the zap sales customer care again as reply and customer support given by the reply dt.,[protected]. I want to share the online fraud of the zap sales and zoom car company through the social media. The indian consumer complaints forum which is helpless regards to resolve the issues in consumer platform. And it is really appreciate for the zoom car policies for collecting amount from the public in the scheme name of zap subscription and after receipt of the payment, the customer has to be taken steps as neither to complaint in consumer forums nor to contact zap sales for ever through telephonic conversations. Finally, thanks for the indian consumer complaints forum as not taken any action by the zoom car authorities.
