[Resolved] Zoom Car — zap subscription contract termination | |||
I have subscribed as a 'zap subscription with zoom car, I have pre booked ford free style for 6 months. I am almost completing my sixth months, i wanted to close the contract due to their reckless management during my tenure, for to close the contract, whenever i mail them they send the same automated response about what zap is. Mailed them thrice and uploaded needed documents through their message link sent a week ago. Now i would to speak to their higher level management and close my issues and signout forever from 'zoom car-zap subscription'. Was this information helpful? | |||
