Hi team, I booked a cycle 103143 stationed at seasons road, aundh location & used it for around 30-35 minutes, but unable to end trip as it is not processing. I am being charged for 5 hours ride. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.
