Zoom order ID::JPS6NS7DU I have booked zoom car for[protected] with home delivery option. I paid amount of Rs 1724/- through credit card. Due unforeseen reason, zoom cars not able to deliver car to my home location. They cancelled my order. I have been contacted zoom customer care more than 5 times for the refund. They are lagging the issue. Everytime they are telling refund will be credited in your account within 1 week. Now it's more than 40 days, still I haven't received refund.
