I have booked zoom car for[protected] with home delivery option. I paid amount of Rs 1724/- through credit card.
Due unforeseen reason, zoom cars not able to deliver car to my home location. They cancelled my order.
I have been contacted zoom customer care more than 5 times for the refund. They are lagging the issue. Everytime they are telling refund will be credited in your account within 1 week. Now it's more than 40 days, still I haven't received refund.

Updated by Harishteja No one can be in patience with your worst customer care. You people looting public money by cancelling bookings and not refunding money back.Its a crime..i already prepared leagal notice for the same.Will receive soon
