[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoomcar booked, car stopped working in the middle of the road | |||
Booked zoomcar on 13th october in the name of Swetha Sundar and picked the car at 3pm from Vijay Nagar, Ghaziabad with car no. PB01N0230 with booking id-JPS64TN6S. The same day around 7:30pm car stopped working and My family had to push the car not just once but 5-6 times...raised the complaint to zoom car at 9:10 pm and at 11pm they said I will get the refund for the unused hours.. Paid 5k with 315 free kms for this utter non sense to face in the middle of the road... Nobody responds... One executive Waseem said I will get the refund for the unused hours and now they are saying we won't get any refund... No communication what so ever.. I will escalate this matter... Its not about money.. Its cheating in the name of business... I will drag zoomcar to the court of law... Why would we pay 5k for nothing but to face this... Me and my entire family was stuck in the middle of the road... We tried hard and pushed it so many times to get back home... Is this why we pay you... You have no service quality nor do you care about your customers... All that matters is how to create nuisance for the customer after the amount is paid. Was this information helpful? | |||
