[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoomcar cancelled by zoomcar only and got less refund | |||
On 6th june, 2019 i've a booking through zoom car mobile app. I've paid rs.4578 including security deposit. First of all they changed my booking 15 minutes prior to the original timing and location as well. When i reached to the new pick up location car was not even there. I called them and they wasted my 30 minutes because i've to call them and wait for the car. After 30 minutes they told that they will refund my money because they can't arrange a car for me. I booked a cab to and fro to pick up the car. I wasted my 3 hours and by booking a cab. This cab costed my rs. 1000. After 30 minutes i got the message that they will give me rs.4437. How can they deduct the amount when they only cancelled my booking? I want my complete rs 4578 and rs1000 for cab. I want rs.5578 back. They are fraud and cheat. Never ever book a zoom car.
