[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoomcar charges all hidden charges and never contact for refund | |||
Dear I want to share about how this selfdrive company looting customer as one of the example is ZOOMCAR Their customer support is chargable which is 5 rs per minute so if you in deep of danger and you do not have special recharge or not able to recharge as due to no internet then you are almost die At the end of trip and when you check next day you always find they will charge you anonymous as 300-400 rs which has no details They will give you almost empy fuel and when you fill it they will not refund it you will die to follow up with then Please help to stop this kind of harassment by ZOOMCAR Was this information helpful? | |||

I have been charged invalid excess km charges
I have completed the trip for 43kms check start and end checklist photos which i uploaded on zoomcar app why you people added invalid charges. Are you thinking we are foolish innocent customers to pay invalid charges plz solve my Issue
