Last week, i booked a pedl ride, in mobile it was showing my trip has been started but actually the cycle did not unlock. Same thing happened with me multiple times and i got charged for the ride that i did not take at all. I raised my concern about that last week but no result.
Today again, the trip was not ending. After 25 mins of try and error it got stop at last and charged for all extra time. This is very disgusting, i did not expect such a blunder from zoomcar. It cost me a lot of time and some extra money.
