Hi team, I booked a cycle 3201867 stationed at nbcc vibjyor towers (Kolkata) & used it for around 5 minutes, but was unable to end trip stating parking is full and end trip at some other station, which also shows the same message. I am being charged for 2 hours ride as well. This had happened twice with me. Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority. Sep 27, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved Zoomcar had responded to mail i have sent to them and resolved the issue, and initiated steps to refund the excess amount deducted from my Paytm wallet.
