[Resolved] Zoom Car — zoomcar rental - rude and unprofessional behavior, by customer care additional charges | |
Our first experience has been truely worst with zoomcar. We opted for door to door pickup and drop though (Paid extra charges for availing this option) while returning the pickup person over phone said will wait for few minutes but then canceled and left. We tried explaining this problem to the customer representative (Suchitra naidu) but she was very rude and unprofessional. She only kept explaining the rule and never made a single attempt to hear our problem, the call went over 45 mins where we tried asking on what is the alternate since the pick up person had left and we had returned to our home expecting the pickup person to be there. If the pickup person would have told us that there cannot be any waiting time, we could have directly gone to the drop location and completed the formalities. For the first time every we had this worst experience with any customer representative, where rather than even listening to customer problem she was agitated. The irony of this conversation was when we told her that we will give the feedback the reply was - go-ahead i dont care! 0 customer handling skill!! On top of that we are now being asked to pay the penalty of dropping the car 1-2 hours late. A complete rip off!! If this is how zoomcar selects their support staff and provide services to the customer then the day is near when customers will not prefer it. Atleast we will ensure that we circulate this feedback in our circle so that others do not face similar issue like we did. Was this information helpful? | |
