Zoomcar — 3rd time facing same issue and escalation not working booking id: jps6ndyet

Car got punctured when i asked the mechanic to fix it with a spare tyre he told me that the spare one isn’t fit to drive.

He told me that the car might boggle because stepney isn’t fit to go.

So due to this i have to fix a puncture tyre which is costing us around[protected] puncture) plus service cost.

Just because of this bad stepney i have to fix that punctured tyre and waste of time. 😭😭😭😭.

Explanation:-

From here i reached the car drop off place, i have informed the same thing to the customer care team and car delivery person.

The customer care team informed me that excess kms will be charged to you with rs9/km but i got information from the same zoomcar team that it's 8rs/km.

My tyre got punctured.

Then the customer care told me to share the bill for repaired puncture tyre, i informed him that my car got punctured at a certain place where no one was there except that one mechanic. So i referred to him as we were getting late for the exam.

I asked him to replace it with stepney, he informed me that the tyre rim is bent and if he fixes that in the car, the car might lose balance and if you go at speed of 80km/h this might cause an accident or bad vibrations in the car. Though i asked him to repair a punctured tyre for which he took 800 rs for 3 punctures.

I asked him for a bill, mechanic informed me that he was illiterate though he is not able to read and write. This is the reason he doesn't have any bill book. Here we cannot do anything in this case as i was getting late so i pushed off to my place. I explain all this to customer care. But the escalation team and ccr were continuously saying the same thing that we cannot do anything you have to pay and as you don't have a bill instead of looking for alternative or escalating issues further.

My point is if i am stuck somewhere on highway do i first ask for help or bill book??? I have shared all the necessary proof on email with pictures of it and everything still they kept saying the same thing on call. Bill bill bill bill... They took my 1 hour with lots of repeating answers and frustration conversation escalation person kamal.

Everytime when i book a zoomcar i have to fight or argue with zoomcar support just because i am writing this and they never understand this. Then i have to escalate the issue from my end to get the right person on call.

It's not just about money, it's just to understand the simple fact that the mechanic was illiterate and he didn't have a bill book, if the customer is sharing pic so they should trust us.

I am getting a car multiple call from the car delivery boy to pay the amount forcing him to complete this ride asap. He called me 10 times just to make payment.

Why is the team forced to leave the issue and simply pay the amount?

Disgusting zoomcar team support and frustrating to book a car i was planning to be a part of zap team by starting zap service but not now from here.

There are other self car delivery providers in jaipur city still i booked your car service instead of knowing the fact that you're providing 625 kms in 5290 (Approx) and they are providing unlimited kms in 5500. Just because i am your regular customer and keep this bonding.

I will not explain all this issue on call again, if someone is calling me please read this email and answer my question or provide me with a better alternative help.
