Zoomcar — AC Repair Refund delayed | |
Took a trip on 29-0ct-2020. The pollution certificate was missing & the AC was not working, customer care informed me to renew the pollution & repair the AC & submit the bill (SOP) The trip ended on 1st- Nov & I was informed that refund will be proceed by max 30 days (Zoomcar refund policy is itself of 30days). It has been 1 month & 14 days & till now the refund has not been processed & I am being told to wait 21 more day, which is absurd. Total refund consist of AC repair bill & pollution renewal.
