Zoomcar — Amount debited and transaction was successful, the booking was not confirmed and no refund has been initiated

Hi,
I earlier raised a ticket on how my booking didn't go through but i made 2 payments by mistake. It hasn't been reversed yet but both transactions are successful which means you have received the payment.

These are the UPI transaction IDs

Kindly reverse the transactions and refund the amount as soon as possible.
It's already been 5 working days since the payment was made.

I request you to answer this soon.
Your customer care hasn't been responding to my emails. If i don't get the refund i will make sure to escalate this issue even further.
