Zoomcar — Amount deducted but no booking available

Hi
On Feb 6th I've booked a zoomcar and made the payment through my gpay an amount of rs.5602/-
Amount was deducted from my account, however I received an email stating that payment was unsuccessful and the amount would be refunded back to my account in 5-7 business days. There are no bookings made on zoom app
On Feb 11, I received an email from zoomcar stating that payment was successful. If payment was successful there should be a booking, but there was no booking
I have been trying to contact the team, but for no response. They took my money for no reason and now they do not respond as they do not want to return the money. This is pure case of cheating.
