1. first, zoomcar has cancelled my pickup and delivery service of my car which i have booked.
2. at the end moment when i need to end my trip 4 hours early for my booking time, app has not worked properly and it was lagging and i was hampered one hour to be wait by customer executive as they were not picking up my phone as well.
3. As i was a first time user, there was no initial training program or such information has been given to me, so that i was not refueling my booked car to the fullestalmost 1500 rupees fuel left on that car(its a tentative idea)
4. And i was reached at host, s place at 11 am, and my booking has been end at 12 pm by zoomcar, and no refund has been given to me and i have refuelled my booked car and still there is no refund Was this information helpful? |
