My car no is ka 12, me 6871. I chose to attach it to zoom & the first booking was on 9th Feb. the car was taken & was not retuned. After 2 days it’s was parked in my lane & we happen to see it accidentally. Zoom didn’t inform us when the car returned.
When we open the car-
1. We found the new car in a hopeless condition - dirtied, mask thrown, bottles thrown, smoked in the car, vomit in the car
2. The bumper was damaged at two place
3. The central lock of the car was damaged
4. One of rear window on the left wss stuck & not in a condition to open or close
5. The customer tried to hack the GPS & steal the car, deleted all our car history
We immediately raised complain to zoom after which we are having a horrible experience dealing with zoom . They are really harrasing us to fix the car, several calls have been made & explain the situation .. after many days of painful follow up, they took the car to repair on 13th Feb & so far no sign of it . Our weekly payment has a deduction of 2.5k appx, when we called zoom they r saying we need to pay for maintenance & for not being online which was actually bcz of zoom themselves & customer u savaged the car . It’s really painful experience and we want to complaint abt this harrassment
