Cheat..! Had pathetic experience
They provide car without Fasttag and promise to reimburse the penalty but settled bill without reimbursement.
When I call they say 'wait for 48 hrs', after 48 Hrs - 'matter escalated wait for another 48 hrs' after that call is disconnected saying you don't have any active booking.
This is after customer service executive acknowledge they receive all toll receipt. & Zoomcar written confirmation that they will reimburse all penalty for cash payment of toll. Was this information helpful? |
