The self drive car was booked through MMT portal for a scheduled journey on 02 Apr. As per instructions received to date, we were suppose to find our vehicle at designated pick up location i.e. Biju Patnaik International Airport at 9:00 am. However we couldn’t find the vehicle and neither could contact any support. After enquiring locally with many people we checked at various zoom car parking locations. After searching and seeking for support we finally had to catch a taxi for our planned tour.
On 1st of April we were prompted to upload documents, but the moment we tried doing so the app crashed.
Further, we were receiving various scam call claiming it to valid customer service executive.
In view of the above, I seek full refund of my booking and kindly investigate the reason for lapses.
