It is very unfair that the service on which I had trust is now no more. What Happened with me is as under: BOOKING ID : JPS699N9P I booked a car (XUV 500) on 18th March, Friday (for 20th March, Sunday, 7.00 AM to 11.30 PM) to go to some place with my family. After booking I tried so many times to contact the Zoomcar helpline no.[protected] but there was no response from them. Then on the day of booking that is 20th March, Sunday, at about 7.30 AM, I went with my family to the location provided in the "zoomcar" application from my house which is around 50 kms from my house. When I talked to the person who was hosting that car said that the car is not available, (we had to reach Chanod for our social activity till 10.00 AM). At that time we tried to contact the zoomcar customer care number many times, but no response. Till 9.00 AM we were in Ahmedabad because of this issue from zoomcar. This was not expected that Rs. 3566 given in advance at the time of booking and still such an issue took place was very irritating and we could not attend the activity in time and such harassment is not bearable from this registered company. Even still today, there is no proper satisfied response from them. I mailed them and they are not even replying. I hope that some action should be done as the Zoomcar is not contactable by call or even not replying the mails.
