Hello,
I am a first time user of zoomcar
I booked a car for 12th of feb 2022 and it was due for home delivery on 6 am.
But unfortunately the car did not arrive.
I contacted the delivery agents and they said car is not available due to some engine problem.
So i asked to cancel the booking and he said okay.
After that when i saw the app in the evening, what i see is almost all the amount is deducted saying i cancelled the booking at the last minute.
This is very irresponsible from zoomcar.
At least you should have checked with the customer or the delivery agent before making such decisions.
Please resolve the issue asap.
